I chose Windshield Doctor because I wanted to support a locally owned and operated small business, the big chains don’t need my hard earned cash! Great experience, my schedule was difficult and they made it very easy to accommodate with after hours drop off and pick up. Perfect service and I’ll be using them again soon on my other rig! Also, they seamlessly worked with my insurance and the whole process was so simple.

Although the situation was not ideal due to a lot of problems getting the glass, they were always very great at communicating, coming in on their day off, and getting our cracked window done very quickly in the end. Overall, their customer service was amazing.

Windshield Doctor were amazing. The windshield for our Tacoma arrived to them with a little warp. They reached out to me and said that they did not feel comfortable putting it in and we’re gonna order a new one. Which they did. They did a great job. I had a bad break in my windshield on the way up to Jackson for a trip to hike the Teton Crest Trail. The team ordered the replacement windshield right away, had it installed first thing Monday, and had me headed back home by 10am that morning. Very little delay at all for my travel plans. Evaluated my exploded back window quickly after I dropped in. they gave me an accurate and rapid estimate of time and cost for repair. Helped cover and preserve the remnants till replacement arrived. I had been using the windshield doctor for years because they were once a mobile service then I don't know what happened. I skipped a few years.. Today I needed a rock chip. I went to a different company (across the street, before I knew the Windshield Doctor was here) that wanted double the price ($175) of what The Windshield Doctor would come to charge. With a lovely waiting room and my desire to support local small businesses, I chose ro return to The Windshield Doctor.

Just had a large windshield chip sealed here. They did an excellent job, can barely see where the chip was. More importantly, they were easy to get into same day, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. The back window on my SUV just imploded for no apparent reason. Called Cody and he could not have been more helpful. Cleaned up the broken glass and already ordered my replacement. This is top notch service!

This place is run by good people. Danny offered to put a temporary repair on our cracked windshield for free so the windshield can last till the end of our long road trip when we come back to do the replacement work. I almost had tear in mind eyes when he gave us this kind offer. The whole time he advised us and performed the service with a positive and helpful attitude. We were on a trip to the Grand Tetons and a rock hit out driver door window shuddering it at 430pm everywhere in Jackson hole was closing at 5 and we were 40 minutes out. We thought we were going to have to make something work from a store but these guys called and told us to swing by. We got there at 540pm and they put the proper plastic on the window and did a fantastic job. Even though it was after hours they took their time to make sure the covering was on proper. We are beyond happy with this experience and if we were going to be in the area longer would have definitely gotten the full repair done by them. Just goes to show there are good people who care out there.

Took care of me right away as a walk in without an appointment. Quickly repaired my windshield and I was back on my way. Thank you very much.

I sent an email via the website, and within minutes I got a response. I was told to stop in and they would fix me up in about 30 minutes. I arrived, the nice gentleman at the desk took my name, claim number, referral number, went out to my car and took a pic of the vin, assessed the chip and then told me the car would be all set in 30 minutes. They moved my car near the shop, promptly began fixing my chip and within 15 minutes. The very nice chip fixer brought me my keys and said I was all set. No paperwork, no hassle, no wait, just fast, professional, amazing service! 2 thumbs up and definitely recommend these doctors! Thanks a million guys!!

We had a rock crack our windshield and shatter our sunroof. Thomas was able to get the sunroof replaced within a day of our call and the windshield replaced a few days after. A very stressful cross country trip made significantly less stressful by the Windshield Doctor. We got into town knowing we had 2 dings in the windshield. Thomas is a pro and has quick turnaround with repairs. He is also a delightful human being. He's the only game in town as far as my little windshield is concerned. He can also buff out headlight glass to strengthen the power of headlights. It's amazing.

After putting off replacing my windshield for 4 years, it was starting to look like a map of the Snake River. I have lane departure / "eyesight" technology in my car, so I thought it was going to be super complicated and expensive to replace. Thomas may well be the best winshield repair artist I have ever worked with. I have lived in the rocky mountains getting rocks thrown at my winshields for over 20 years and I have dealt with a lot of rock chips. I have been very lucky to find some great windshield repair folks who have done a great job for me, but Thomas is on another level. I recently had a long crack appear in my windshield from an older rock chip. I was hoping to stop the crack from continuing to grow. Not only did Thomas stop the crack, he practically made it vanish. Very difficult to get epoxy in to a crack that long. I don't know how he did it, but I am blown away. I highly recommend Thomas, he is an absolute pro and you will be very glad you called him!

Very easy to work with. The Doctor a/k/a Thomas came to our house as his office is 100% in his van. We live about 6 miles out of town and he was there the next day. I haven't used him before but will use him again. The cost was $120 for fixing two chips on two different vehicles. Good guy.
