Step 1: Contact Us

Call (307) 733-7056 or request a quote online. Describe the damage and provide your vehicle's year, make, model, and VIN number (found on the dashboard near the windshield or on your registration). Tell us your preferred location and time.

Step 2: Quote and Scheduling

We will provide a quote and check glass availability. For common vehicles (Toyota Tacomas, Subaru Outbacks, Ford F-150s, Jeep Wranglers), we typically have glass in stock and can often schedule same-day or next-day service. For less common vehicles, we will order the glass and schedule installation upon arrival — usually within 1–3 business days.

Step 3: On-Site Service

Our mobile technician arrives at your location with all necessary materials. We need:

• A flat, level parking area large enough to work around the vehicle
• Shelter from rain or snow is preferred but not always required (we can work in a garage, carport, or covered parking area)
• Temperature above 40°F for optimal adhesive performance (in cold weather, we use winter-formula adhesives that cure at lower temperatures)
• Approximately 3–6 feet of clearance on the side of the vehicle where the glass is being replaced

Step 4: Completion and Inspection

After installation, we inspect the work, clean up all debris and packaging, and verify all seals and connections. For windshield replacements, we will inform you of the safe drive-away time — the adhesive requires a minimum cure period before the vehicle can be driven. For chip repairs, you can drive immediately.

If your vehicle requires ADAS calibration after windshield replacement, we may need to bring the vehicle to our shop for the calibration procedure, as it requires a controlled indoor environment. We will coordinate this with you during scheduling.

Our mobile service pricing is transparent and competitive. The cost of the glass and installation is the same whether performed at our shop or at your location. A mobile service fee may apply depending on distance and complexity:

Insurance Coverage

Insurance coverage works the same for mobile service as for in-shop service. If your policy covers windshield replacement or chip repair, it covers mobile service as well. The mobile fee, if any, is typically included in the insurance claim. We handle all insurance paperwork on-site, just as we would at our shop.

Many insurance companies actually prefer mobile service for windshield replacement because it reduces the risk of the customer driving an unsafe vehicle to a shop. Your carrier may waive your deductible entirely for mobile windshield replacement — we will check for you.
