• Adhesive and drive-away time. Urethane cures as a function of temperature and humidity, so the safe drive-away time is whatever the adhesive manufacturer specifies for that day’s conditions. Ask us and we will give you the number for your install rather than a generic one.
• Glass choice. OEM comes from the manufacturer that supplied your original windshield. Aftermarket is built by another manufacturer to fit the same opening. Both must meet FMVSS 205, and the differences show up in tolerances, acoustic interlayers and optical quality near the camera window.
